TORONTO - The following student-athletes have been recognized by the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) for their accomplishments during the seven-day period ending on Sunday, March 15:

Mattea Deleary
School: Fanshawe
Program: Early Childhood Leadership
Year of Eligibility: 3
Sport: Women's Volleyball
Hometown: Ridgetown, Ont.
Deleary was named the Player of the Match in two of the four matches Fanshawe competed in at the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association Women's Volleyball National Championship in Quebec City. The third-year middle recorded 14 points on 13 kills and a service ace in the national semi-finals, and 13 points on 11 kills and two blocks in the bronze medal match. Deleary also led the Falcons with a .457 kill percentage throughout the championship. Fanshawe fell just short of repeating as national medalists, settling for fourth in the nation.
