Rob Hannivan has worked for Fanshawe Athletics since 2004. Hannivan first attended Loyalist College, where he studied Marketing and Advertising and played on the Men's Varsity Volleyball Team from 1992 to 1994. He then spent eight years working in Banff, Alberta where he worked for the Banff Centre of the Performing Arts and Conference Centre and also The Banff Cragg and Canyon Newspaper. Hannivan also graduated from Mount Royal College's (University) Sport Administration Program in 2004 where he specialized in Event Management. For his co-op term, Hannivan worked for the Canadian Olympic Committee and was responsible for helping organize the Pre-Olympic orientation seminar prior to the 2004 Athens Games.
