TORONTO - The following student-athletes have been recognized by the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) for their accomplishments during the seven-day period ending on Sunday, March 8:

Wright was named Championship MVP at the recently concluded OCAA provincials. The fifth-year guard scored 79 points over three games, including a season-best 36 points in Fanshawe's 83-73 semi-final victory over Algonquin on Mar. 7. In the gold medal rematch the following day against championship host St. Clair, Wright earned a double double with 30 points and 10 rebounds as Fanshawe repeated as OCAA champions with a 93-80 victory. Wright also averaged 4.7 assists and two steals per game during the competition.
