(London, Ontario) – With the completion of OCAA Basketball regular season play, the first round playoff games are set for both the Fanshawe Falcons Women's and Men's Basketball teams. 

On Saturday, February 29 at 2pm, the No. 4 nationally ranked Women's squad (17-1, 2nd in West) will play the OCAA East Division's Loyalist Lancers (6-10, 6th in East) at the Glenn Johnston Athletics Centre. The winner will clinch a birth in the OCAA Final Eight Championship hosted by St. Clair College in Windsor from March 6-8.

General admission tickets for playoff games are $5 per person, with free admission for kids under six and Fanshawe students with their valid FANCard. Tickets are cash only and will be available one hour prior to game time. Season passes are valid for playoff games.

The Fanshawe Men's Basketball team (10-10, 7th in West) will be on the road for their first round playoff game against the Seneca Sting (17-3, 2nd in East). The game will take place in Toronto on Saturday, February 29 at 4pm. Both games will be live streamed on www.fanshawefalcons.ca/watchlive .
