Baker was named the Most Valuable Player of the OCAA Men's Indoor Soccer Championship held Mar. 30-31 at the Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan, Ont. The fourth-year midfielder helped rally Fanshawe in the semi-finals after being down 2-0 to George Brown to force overtime and an eventual shootout. Baker was one of four Falcons to score on penalty kicks as Fanshawe prevailed. Baker and the Falcons went on to defeat Humber 2-1 in the gold medal match to give Fanshawe its first-ever OCAA gold medal in men's indoor soccer.
