On Jan. 10, Aidan Whalen (Cambridge, ON) recorded a double-double leading the Fanshawe Falcons to a 89-82 victory over the Lambton Lions. Whalen had a brilliant stat line of 24 points, 10 rebounds and four assists while shooting 58.8 percent (10-of-17) from the field and 40 percent (2-of-5) from three-point range. Whalen has been a dominant force for the Falcons all season leading the team in points, averaging 18.3 points per game, good for seventh among all OCAA student-athletes. Fanshawe visits the St. Clair Saints on Tuesday evening.
