(London, Ontario) – Fanshawe Athletics is proud to be hosting the 2018 OCAA Provincial Golf Championships at FireRock Golf Club from Monday, October 1 to Wednesday, October 3. The OCAA announced their list of selected hosts for 2018-19 Championships today. The last time Fanshawe hosted the OCAA Golf Championships was 12 years ago, in 2006.

Championship play will include three rounds of golf at FireRock Golf Club, located in Komoka, Ontario, just outside of London. The challenging Championship design is framed by natural grasses and trees, captivating landforms and ragged handmade bunkers. 

The Falcons are looking to build upon their impressive fourth place finish at last year's Provincial Championship. Fanshawe is led by captain Thomas Code (Dorchester, ON), who finished tied for fourth at the 2017 CCAA National Championship. He was the top OCAA finisher at the National tournament, and set Falcons records for the highest finish by a Fanshawe golfer and lowest round (71).
