Fanshawe Athletics announced today, that Women's Soccer student-athlete Jade Kovacevic (Acton, ON) has been named the SupplementSource.ca Fanshawe Female Student-Athlete of the Month for September.
In the opening month of the OCAA Women's Soccer season, Kovacevic led the No. 2 CCAA ranked Falcons to an undefeated 4-0-1 record. The fifth year student-athlete broke the OCAA Women's Soccer record for most career goals on September 21 in the Falcons' 5-0 win at Mohawk. Kovacevic currently has 89 career goals, including a league-best 10 so far this season. She was named an OCAA Star of the Week on September 24 for her outstanding performances.
Kovacevic is enrolled in the Marketing Management program and will receive a SupplementSource.ca health and wellness package for her accomplishments.
