(London, Ontario) – In this week's Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) weekly rankings, the Fanshawe Men's Soccer team (9-2, 1st in West) have moved up three spots to No. 4 in the country. The Falcons play in an OCAA quarterfinal game today at 5:30pm against Fleming College (0-5-3, 8th in East) in Peterborough.
The Falcons Women's Soccer team (10-0-1, 1st in West) is ranked No. 1 in Canada for the third consecutive week. Fanshawe has extended their OCAA unbeaten streak to 25 games after an OCAA quarterfinal win over Niagara (5-3-2, 4th in West) this morning 2-0. On Friday, October 25 at 12pm, the Falcons will face the winner between No. 10 Algonquin (9-1, 2nd in East) and Sheridan (7-2-1, 3rd in West) at 12pm in a provincial semi-final match.
