(London, Ontario) – Fanshawe Athletics announced today, that Men's Curling student-athlete Owen Tester (Fort McMurray, AB) has been named the SupplementSource.ca Fanshawe Male Student-Athlete of the Month for March.
From March 11-15 in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, the Fanshawe Men's Curling team competed in the CCAA National Championship. Tester was named a CCAA Second Team Tournament All-Star, leading the Falcons to a national bronze medal. The third-year was also named an OCAA Star of the Week on March 16 for his strong performance throughout the competition.
Tester is enrolled in the Business program and will receive a SupplementSource.ca health and wellness package for his accomplishments.
