The No. 13 nationally ranked Fanshawe Badminton team competed in the OCAA West Regional tournament at Humber College last weekend.
The Falcons had a stellar performance from Glyvette Etis (Pasay City, Philippines), who finished first in Women's Singles with a record of 7-0.
The Women's Doubles pair of Helen Ngu (London, ON) and Maeyen Chua (Philippines) had a strong showing as well, finishing in third place with a record of 3-2.
Etis, Ngu and Chua have advanced to the OCAA Provincial Championships from February 13-14 hosted by Conestoga College in Kitchener.
